We aim to dispatch orders within 3 -5 working days. Consignments are sent via a tracked courier service which means your order will need to be signed for when it's delivered.
We deliver to the UK and Ireland only.
When we dispatch an order we will update your account accordingly with a informative note.
We operate a flat rate shipping policy for all orders below the value of £35.00 (goods value only), a cost of £4.00 will be added to you order.
Occasionally, (usually due to stock availability) it is not possible to dispatch items within our target time frame. In the event of an expected dispatch date being in excess of 14 days from the time of a customer's order, a note will be placed on a customer's account informing them of the delay and an estimated date of delivery.
Customers of Ann Summers Products can read any notes placed on their account by our staff by logging into the site and viewing the details in the order history.
In the event of us being unable to to confirm an estimated dispatch date within 28 days of the date of the order, Ann Summers Products will issue a full refund and notify the customer that the order has been voided and supply confirmation of a refund.
Please allow 14 working days from the date of dispatch before informing us of a lost consignment.
All orders are sent out via a tracked form delivery but our carriers will not consider a package to be lost until after this time. Consequently Ann Summers Products will not dispatch replacement products , issue a refund or undertake any other remedial action until after this time.
